Description: Max Schreck did it first... Bela Lugosi did it best... And Christopher Lee did it the most. Now comes John Holmes! Yup, he of the mutant member plays Count Dracula -- Oops! Make that Count Spatula -- in this rude, raunchy, and ridiculous horror sex comedy from the early Seventies.
Rising from his coffin in traditional vampire regalia, the Count sees a mouse and screams like a little girl: “Goddamn no good exterminators!” Checking the refrigerator, he’s appalled to learn that he’s out of bottled blood. Fortunately, Sandy Dempsey and six other swingers conveniently show up, anxious to have sex in a haunted house: “Who’s afraid of a house with horny ghosts in it?” Rod (John Dullahan), the leader of the group, is the nephew of the Count -- “The house belongs to this weird uncle of mine. He’s a vampire. He really sucks, man!” -- but that significant bit of plot development is immediately disposed of in favor of the real plot: screwing. Which is what the seven do almost immediately upon entering. One couple takes to the couch, another couple retires to Bedroom A, and the remaining three head for Bedroom B, and all get down and dirty in the blink of an eye.
As the couples hump the night away -- before ending up in one big orgy -- the Count peeps at them and gets turned on. We know he’s turned on because he makes funny faces. He also electrocutes himself (through the cinematic miracle of scratching the film), bites his nephew’s throat with bulging fake fangs (accompanied by slurping sounds and cutaways to the meter of a gas pump), then climbs in the sack with four of the gals before a vampire-appropriate punchline....
Though a complete filmography is probably an impossibility, it’s estimated that John (C. for Curtis) Holmes made over 2000 films -- most of them loops, starting in the late Sixties with a couple of gay ones -- proving, in his case at least, that size did matter. (And, at 12-plus inches, that’s a lot of mattering.) Sex and the Single Vampire is, apparently, one of his earliest feature-film roles, released a year before his signature “Johnny Wadd” epics. Wearing lipstick and so much eye makeup that one half expects a gay joke to be lurking around the corner, Holmes minces and mugs and, well, pretty much makes a damn fool of himself. That he abandoned comedy for a future in hardcore was an extremely wise career move. Oddly, Holmes remains outside and away from all the sex scenes here, at least until the last scene where his dongness is finally displayed. Holmes would again don plastic vampire fangs later in the decade for Dracula Sucks (starring Jamie Gillis as Drac) in which Holmes’ fleshy protuberance, rather than his neck, gets bitten.
A dumb, goofy, soft-X sleazefest, Sex and the Single Vampire belongs on every deviate’s shelf, right next to Terror at Orgy Castle (which -- surprise! -- stars a John Holmes look-alike).

Description: One of the first hardcore features to receive widespread distribution, Man and Wife was also the genre's first blockbuster. Hosted by some unnamed escapee from a twelve-step program, Man and Wife, moves from anatomy charts and Asian erotic art into actual footage of two couples demonstrating nearly fifty different sexual positions. Whew!
Bucky grew hungry when he spied the wood paneled walls of their tiny bedroom, but gagged when the narrator insisted that the "woman on-top" position "help(s) quench her motherly instincts."
Man and Wife was the first of several sex documentaries made by Matt Cimber (nee Ottaviano), Jayne Mansfield's final husband, who had previously directed his wife in Single Room Furnished ('68). Ten years after Man and Wife, he introduced the grown-up Pia Zadora to the world in Butterfly ('81).
Co-Producer Marv Miller was better known as television's The Millionaire, before narrating the mondo movie Macabro ('66) and cranking out porno movies. In 1970, Miller appeared with John Carradine in Is This Trip Really Necessary, an LSD-tinged fantasy about sexploitation filmmakers.

There’s "Jack Ticklewell," "Long John the Handyman," and "Miss Little," the golden-haired proprietor of the Nude, er, I mean Dude Ranch (played by Mona's mother JUDY ANGEL) where Boris (a fat Wolfman Jack) look-alike with a sloppy accent and bloodshot eyes) is introduced to the tender loins of Miss Little's nasty nymphos.
After much vulgarity and hilarity (including a big poolside poke) his dick’s as shriveled up as Norman Bate’s mother. Boris finds out American girls are as addictive as Lays Potato Chips. Betcha can’t eat just one!

"A bunch of sickies" gather together at the New York apartment of Dr Grant They huddle up and discuss their sexual secrets. The doc’s super-freaky clientele include Elaine (Judy Otis), who was mauled by a sex maniac. Ominous horror movie music triggers a flashback. She is attacked in a stairwell by a switchblade-swinging loon who shouts,"I like you!" He then subjects her to his purple-headed cyclops. Not surprisingly, the whole experience leaves Elaine with a bad taste in her mouth.
The group isn’t impressed by her sad story: "Why are you so uptight over a little nothing r?pe?" Next, it’s Show-and-Tell time for Alice (Susie Kwan) who met Herb (Pete Rickles) working on a "Sex Exploitation film." Then (like Rashomon!) Herb recounts the same sordid scenario from his point of view. Only this time, it’s Alice who is the aggressor, making Herb chew through her thick foliage and piano wire pubes. (We’re talking serious carpet-munching. Imagine licking a shag rug.)
"Doctor, my wife thinks she may be a lesbian," reveals Victor (Marc Stevens). "Nooo!!!" sobs Celeste (Karen Cist). Guess what? Yeah, it’s off to Flashback Land again The couple catch their maid, Susie, test-driving her new vibrator. The sight drives Celeste mad with lust. Victor does what any hot-blooded husband would do — grabs his camera. Celeste eats her, Susie eats him, and then it’s time for some windsurfing on Mount Baldy.
Judy is just a weed in the garden of love. She’s afraid of men. The doctor (who looks like someone whose name should be Slappy) takes her into another room, mumbles a few stupid words and hypnotizes her (Actually, the whole cast appear to have been hypnotized prior to filming.) While in a trance, the shrink undresses Judy and shoves his glue stick in her mouth. There goes her diet.
Distortions of Sexuality climaxes with group sex as everyone’s bedlam passions are unleashed. All the fellators and fellatees screw with such vigor, I expected to see purple smoke coming out their asses. In a final coda. Dr Grant winds up in the slammer. A voice-over by "Sgt. Dunwich" sternly reminds us about the consequences of playing doctor!
Directed by Gary Khan and released by Distribpix in 1972 When this played Washington’s New Plaza Theater, the print was seized by FBI agents! Porn stud Marc Stevens’ nickname was "10 and a half." Can you guess why? Nope, it wasn’t his IQ. lt was in reference to his lobster-like dingus which resembled The Tingler.

Description: This was the Grand Prize Winner at the Amsterdam Adult Film Festival in 1971. But don’t hold that against it. It’s actually a tightly-paced, sexy chunk of hardcore filmmaking. It’s well-made (for a change) and the tantalizing cast of moist starlets provide some erotic fireworks.
Richard has got it made. He’s an ultra-cool sweet-talker who preys on women divorcing their husbands. Men actually pay him to seduce their wives. He lures them into his web, smooth-talks them into chewing on his baloney, then hires a photographer to snap incriminating photos of them cheating on their husbands. Goodbye alimony!
Richard’s cohort in slime is a sleazebag lawyer (John Dunn, who was in Ego Trip). He introduces the womanizer to a six-pack of sexed-up sirens (including Rainbow Robbins, star of Motel For Lovers) leading to some X-cellent porn-o-rama.
But lover boy gets a taste of his own medicine when a belligerent she-devil blackmails him into doing her homo hubby. He objects: "I don’t do fags!" She replies, "For the money I’m offering most guys would make it with a kangaroo."
It all ends with the "cocky" bastard getting his cummuppance. All the women he dicked around descend on him like vampires. They don’t want money, they want "inches!" Richard is forced to bang the six gals. "One every day of the week." Well, at least I’ve got Sunday off," he reasons. Nope. In walks the flaming fruitcake who blows him a kiss.
