New map section for the baron's castle and associated floorplans
8 new quests
3 new romanceable characters, Yvette, Josephine and Cathrine. Josephine can have children (Yvette and Cathrine can't get pregnant yet)
7+ new sexscenes
Mammae Majoris potion can now be crafted (after finding the recipe)
