He then stuffs her mouth with a rag. He aggressively pulls the tape off the reel and puts the tape in front of her mouth, aiming it over her lips. He pulls it back aggressively over her mouth, pulling her head back a little (and tapes it shut with a tight wrap around tape gag.
She struggles very heavily and moans for a while, but there is so much tight rope. Escape is impossible.
