He is able to tighten the rope for only so long before having to let go. When tight, she cannot breath as much as she can with the weight of this 240 pound man on her. She kicks her legs, her white cotton panties visible underneath her denim skirt.
As she struggles her mouth opens, tongue starts to come out, face gets red, her eyes bug out. Then he lets go and she is able to breath. This goes on several times. He starts getting tired. But, he has another idea. Originally, he was going to kill her this way, then string her up in the storage room and make it. Next, he pushes her in the storage room, where a rope and noose are already prepared.
